Make Pizza Academy is a project born to improve the quality of Pizza around the world.
We offer courses to become a Professional Pizza Maker, online courses, consulting for restaurants, team buildings and events.
Since 2015 we have trained over 200 Pizza Makers and helped different pizzerias, biergardens and festivals to offer a better Pizza to their clients.
Dario Mosconi
Dario is the General Manager and Co-Founder at Make Pizza Academy.
Dario has been working in the pizza training industry for over 10 years and survives the freezing Berlin winters thanks to the delicious pizzas of the Make Pizza Academy instructors 🙂
Gianluca Simonato
Gianluca has completed with success the most advanced courses, achieving the title of Master Pizza Instructor.
After getting experience in many pizzerias around Italy, he decided to move to Berlin and bring his knowledge to the German capital where he co-founded Make Pizza Academy.
